Xiangxi Mengdong River
It is hiding in dense forest and high mountain in Yongshun County ,Xiangxi with a total length of more than 200 km .High stiffs ,deep and quiet valley ,clean flowing water and crossing caves come into being the special mountains and waters of Mengdong River .Major scenic spots are “Buermen” Park ,Wangcun Old Town ,Laosi Town Relic atc .
Dehang Scenic Area
It is located in the west suburb of Jishou city of Xiangxi .Here strange mountains and stones are raising superbly ,the rook and river are bickering in the deep valley ,the waterfall is hanging in the sky ,the old trees are reaching the sky and the colorful flowers and grass are booming .You can also appreciate unique ethnic customs and the Xiangxi Dehang Miao village culture while you are enjoying natural scenes.
South Great Wall of China
It is located in Fenghuang County with a history of 300 years .It was part of the Great Wall of Ming Dynasty and called “Miao’s Border Fronties”whose fortification ,military organization and soldier system were the same as that of the North Wall.
Fenghuang Old Town
It is located in the south end of Xiangxi and rewarded as “The Most Beautiful Small City in China”.Near to hills and rivers ,the town looks like a splendid diamond inlaid in the hills and green trees.
Gumiao River Scenic Area
It covers a total of 30000 hectares ,among which forest area is 2667 hectares and 15 km scenic belt along the river .The clean and beautiful Gumiao River flows along the valley whose high cliffs are strange and perilous.
Wangcun Town
It is an old town in Yongshun County ,with characteristics .Along the stiffs its constellation-like buildings extend to the deep hills from the west ,fantastically and wonderfully.
